1. What is your return policy?

We unfortunately have a NO RETURN, NO REFUND policy for all our products.

2. How can i track my order?

Within 3-5 business days of placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email from our courier partner USPS containing your package’s tracking information. If you place your order during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will be sent out during the next working day, so you can allow additional days to receive your tracking details. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number on USPS´ official website.

3. What do I do if my delivery is late or lost?

If package is late, we ask that you wait 3 additional business days beyond your Expected Delivery Date to allow for any carrier delays. If you didn't receive your package and the tracking status shows delivered, please allow 3 additional business day past the delivered scan as the carrier may have accidentally scanned the delivery too early. Please be sure to check around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places away from street view. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf. If you have already waited the additional time and still don't have your package, kindly reach out to us to look into the matter further.

4. What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you received any items that were damaged in transit, please contact us and we’ll take care of the rest!

5. Can I make changes to my order once I've submitted it already?

Since our first priority is getting your order hand poured and delivered, we aren’t able to make changes to delivery orders once they have been submitted.
